About Me
Diana Boni
After working for fifteen years in the field of international adoption and immigration, Diana attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law. She graduated summa cum laude and became a member of the South Dakota Bar.
A long time resident of Jones County, she understands our rural South Dakota values. In addition to serving local residents as a court-appointed defense attorney, she provides adoption immigration and family law services. Diana is the appointed Chairperson of the County Boards of Mental Illness of several central South Dakota Counties.
Approach & Values
The practice of law is a service profession. This means customer service is paramount. I believe in promptly returning calls and emails, and being completely honest with clients about their situation.
Whether practicing state law here in South Dakota, or practicing federal immigration law for families I will never meet in person, I am dedicated to providing each client the best service and best outcome possible.
